Two Rivers offers only real European wild boars for sale. We do not deal in any type of feral swine, traditional domestic swine breeds, or hybrids. We deal only in purebred Eurasian swine! Unlike many so called breeders seen on the internet - we are not a "back-yard" operation. We have what may be the only Validated Brucellosis-free and Qualified Pseudorabies Negative herd in the United States. This may be the only way to import breeding swine into your state without an extensive blood testing and quarantine system. Ask your state's Chief Veterinarian - We make it easy to be legal!
We are a corporation that focuses on contract breeding and growing for hunting clubs all over the United States. We have our own wild boar breeding, farrowing, growing facilities. By owning our own facilities, we can systematically and continually improve our herd for faster weight gains, higher feed efficiencies, larger litter sizes, and increased aggression. Doing so allows us to continually improve our breeding stock and that, in turn, allows you to obtain the finest Eurasian boar hunting and breeding stock available. Adding to our high quality breeding standards is the fact that we vaccinate, worm and grow our animals on high protein diets and pastures. We take our wild boar herd health extremely seriously and have a swine health veterinarian that consults with is us on a regular basis with on-farm visits. We took the time, effort, and resources to blood sample our breeding herd and get Illinois Department of Agriculture certified as a Validated Brucellosis-free and Qualified Pseudorabies Negative herd. Our herd health program, which includes a our proprietary vaccination and staged feeding program, helps us grow purebred wild boar faster and healthier than any other breeder. In addition, due to Two Rivers' health program, all of our wild boar come with Certificates of Health, which is required for all interstate transfers of wild boar. Two Rivers also handles all of the Certificates of Health, permits, and paper work to transfer the animals to your state. We make it easy to be legal!
